- Get an inside view of personalization best practices from one of our talented Customer Success Managers, Yuki Shuck;
- Discover the benefits and flexibility of the recently launched Dynamic Comparison template for showcasing and comparing product attributes;
- Learn to set up recommendation campaigns using different segments to engage customers at different stages of the conversion funnel;
About the Facilitator:
Yuki Shuck is a CSM who has devoted her career to personalization and E-Commerce. Before joining Dynamic Yield, Yuki was on the customer side at multiple companies managing CRM and owning personalization programs.
As a former DY customer, she was also responsible for the personalization program at a large retailer in the Beauty vertical, focused on delivering an enhanced onsite experience. She brings first-hand experience strategizing primary audiences, defining objectives, designing strategies, and developing a personalization roadmap, to her customers. Sharing her personal successes and failures, she can empathise with any customer going on their personalization journey.
